Shadow and light

In my last and finial photo assignment I decided to take pictures of shadows around the school. I decided to take a picture of the pillars on the way into school, then I turned the picture upside down to have a different perspective and to top it all off I changed the picture into black and white to give the picture that classic look, I hope you enjoy my photos.

Pun Assignment

In this very fun photo assignment we were given the task to create three visual puns. I choose my three Puns based on past experience with visual puns, I hope you enjoy my puns and good luck trying to guess them.

Macro Assignment

In this Photo assignment I chose to do macro photography, that is taking close up pictures of items. I very much enjoyed this assignment because my best photo turned out very good. I hope you enjoy my photos. I used the camera's auto settings to try and see how different they were from manual settings. Also I put up the edited and non edited version of my best photo.

Dictionary Assignment

In this photo assignment we were given the task to take 4 words and use pictures to express the words. I chose to use four phobias, fear of heights, school, bald people, and fear of closed spaces. I very much enjoyed the assignment and I hope you enjoy my photos.

Still Life Photo

In this photo assignment I chose to take photos of object around the classroom. For this assignment I used a manual focus on the camera to capture the detail of the objects. I edited a little to my finial photo. I hope you enjoyed this as much as I have enjoyed taking them.

Nature

This week I was given the amazing task of shooting nature in all its splendor. I was forced to use my mother's old point and shoot camera which only had auto settings, despite these hold backs I was still able to shoot some pretty great photos. Enjoy!

Gimp Cartoon Editing photo Assignment

In this photo assignment we were given the task to take pictures around the school. Then we took pictures from the internet and pasted the pictures onto our photo.The goal of the assignment was to make the photos look as real as possible, I hope you enjoy my photo.

Architecture

In this photo assignment I chose to take pictures of my school in the category of Architecture. We are fortunate enough to have a beautiful modern school so I chose to take advantage of that privilege. I went outside the school near the front office and took pictures of the front of the school because of the curvy lines and the bold shapes. I hope you enjoy looking at some of my masterpieces.

Pano Assignment

In this very frustrating assignment we were given the task of fusing three pictures together to make one long picture. Three long days later this is my finial project. I learned how to use Gimp in a different way. Even though i felt like pulling out my hair trying to make the picture perfect I am glad for the experience.

black and white assignment

In this photo assignment I choses to photograph black and white film. Black and white photography is my favorite type of photography because it gives the photos a classic look. To complete this classic look i choses to shoot classic items from an old style phone to a Rubik cube, i hope you enjoy my photos.

Car Retouch Assignment

What I learned in this assignment is how to crop and how to free select, to edit photos like a professional. I also learned how to change the levels of photos and how to erase the background

People Photo Assignment

Over the past week I was given the task to take several photographs under a given category. I chose the category "People". I chose to shoot my model in black and white to accented the human face and not to draw any unneeded attention to colors. Gimp Pop Art

Description: In this assignment I followed the direction given to my via Mr. Bush on the Saline Area school web site. The purpose of the assignment was to take a photograph on photo booth and upload the photo to Gimp. Where I edited my photo and turned the photo into a pop art photo.


















What I learned: In this photo assignment I learned how to use Gimp and how to edit my photos on Gimp. I also learned what pop art was. I also learned that there are several ways to edit a photo.

What You Learned:
During this assignment I learned how to take better pictures using the the eleven elements. I also learned how to use Phtotoshop and I learned to make a blog. I also that there are many angles to take the same picture.
